Beach day 2025: When Women show up for Themselves and Each other
I'm still riding the high from this year’s Beach Day, and honestly? I don’t know if I have the words to express how full my heart is… but I’m going to try.
This year, 37 women showed up—THIRTY. SEVEN. That number blew me away. In years past, the most we’ve had was 19, so this felt like something big. Like a collective exhale.
Like a gathering of women who were ready to take up space, to laugh loudly, to connect deeply, and to be seen in all their messy, magical glory.
There’s something incredibly powerful that happens when women come together, not for work, not out of obligation, but just to be.
To play. To breathe. To run barefoot across the sand without worrying about what we look like. To stand in front of a camera and say, “I want to remember this moment. I want to remember me.”
This wasn’t just a photoshoot. It was a reclamation.
It was community.
It was joy.
It was sisterhood and sunshine and freedom.
We hugged, we hyped, we shouted "YASSSSS" across the beach, and we celebrated each other like we were born to do this. And honestly? We were.
There were happy tears. Real conversations. Belly laughs. And a whole lot of women realizing they weren’t alone in how they’ve been feeling lately. That right there? That’s why I do this.
To every single woman who showed up: Thank you. You made this day unforgettable. You reminded me (and each other) that we are allowed to show up messy, unsure, in transition, in healing, and still be worthy of celebration.
This is what community looks like. This is what empowerment looks like.

With so much love and sandy feet,
