You can be You…
You don’t have to be thin to like yourself
You don’t have to be thin to desire things
You don’t have to be thin to be sensual
You don’t have to be thin to be healthy
You can be you.
In this body as it is, right now, and that’s pretty freaking fantastic because the world needs the you in you.
The version of you that keeps doing all the things to be the “thing” is exhausted, wrung out.
She doesn’t remember what she likes about herself or really who herself is.
When the last time she desired something from her core?
When was the last time she embodied sensuality?
This version is chasing a lie, a lie that all of those things need to wait on the other side. On the side where thinness and youth hold the keys to happiness. That by being thinner it will automatically make you happier, but it’s not true, that’s not the work that brings you where you want to go, it’s just the distraction.
Because when do you the work you will realize your power, and once you do you see more of the system for what it is.
Instead I am intentionally creating my reality with the version I want to live as.
The version who can be with this body in neutrality, she hears less noise about her body and more from her actual body.
She remembers the core of who she is away from the conditioning and wounding, she hears her inner song.
She desires a full and abundant life, she moves through life believing in possibility.
She radiates her sensual energy and connects on a soul level, passion and creativity flow deeply within her, she pours herself out into her love, her work and her joy.
This is the woman I am obsessed with becoming, and she doesn’t give a fuck about her tummy.
